Pneuma Art Foundation Membership Policy

Welcome to the Pneuma Art Foundation Artist Membership Program. Our goal is to foster a vibrant community of artists by providing resources, opportunities, and support to help you thrive in your creative endeavors. Please review the following membership policies to understand your rights and responsibilities as a member.

1. Membership Eligibility

  • Application: Completion of the membership registration form with accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Acceptance: Membership is subject to approval by the foundation. Applicants will be notified of their membership status via email.

2. Membership Tiers and Benefits

  • Tier Selection: Members may choose from various membership levels, each offering different benefits (if applicable).

  • Benefits Access: Access to benefits begins upon receipt of membership dues.

  • Upgrades and Downgrades: Members can change their membership tier at any time by contacting the foundation, which will be applicable to the next subscription year.

3. Membership Dues

  • Payment Schedule: Dues are payable monthly or annually, depending on the available plan.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers.

  • Late Payments: Failure to pay dues on time may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to the foundation. Refunds of membership dues will not be provided.

  • Refunds: Monthly and annual dues are non-refundable.

  • Termination: The foundation reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of this policy or any applicable laws.

  • Professional Behavior: Members should uphold high standards of professionalism in all activities associated with the foundation.

  • Prohibited Actions: Harassment, discrimination, and any form of abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.

6. Use of Facilities and Resources

  • Access Rights: Members may use foundation facilities and resources as per their membership tier benefits.

  • Reservation Policies: Use of certain facilities may require prior reservation and adherence to scheduled times.

  • Responsibility: Members are responsible for any damages caused by misuse of facilities or equipment.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Artists retain ownership of their work submitted or displayed through the foundation unless otherwise described. Individual exhibition policies regarding commission may apply and are subject to change.

  • Usage Rights: By participating in foundation events or programs, members grant the foundation the right to use images of their work for promotional purposes, with proper attribution.

  • Third-Party Rights: Members must ensure that their work does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: The foundation collects personal information necessary for membership administration.

  • Data Usage: Personal information is used solely for communication and provision of membership benefits.

9. Liability Waiver

  • Release of Liability: The foundation is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during foundation-sponsored events or on foundation premises.
