Galdenzi

My name is Riccardo Galdenzi, I'm from Ancona, Italy.

In 2017 I figured out I needed to find my path in this world, so I decided to move to Rome, where I earned my bachelor's in Multimedia Design.

After a short time in Belgium studying the potential of new technologies and the impact they could have on social lives and the arts, I moved back to Rome where I started working on a Virtual Reality (VR) project in the Theatres of Italy in collaboration with one of the most famous Italian actors, Elio Germano.

All these experiences on stage in front of huge audiences made me realize that I could push myself to understand VR knowledge and demand more from myself. In June 2022 I presented my first independent project at India Theatre in Rome. It was a museum entirely made in Virtual Reality, where I handled the interactions, the 3D structure, and the artistic direction of 7 artists who donated their digital artwork.

In the meantime, I also work as a VR Instructor for companies where I teach the psychological potential of the technology applied to Team Building.

Last but not least, I am a professor at Istituto Pantheon Design & Technology in Rome. The name of my course is "Digital Applications in Visual Arts".

As an artist with Pneuma, I would love to find strong and meaningful connections with the artistic community. Personally, I can offer my knowledge of new technologies, showing that any kind of art can be covered by these new virtual influences. I think of myself as the frame of the painting. At Pneuma we hope to establish virtual museum exhibitions, teach art through VR interfaces.
